Our Simple Process to Import Your Dream Car

Get in Touch

Start by contacting us to discuss your vehicle needs, preferences, and budget. If financing is required, we can assist you with that as well.

Vehicle Consultation & Finance

We’ll talk through your desired vehicle and the budget you have in mind. If you need finance, we’ll help organize it to make the process smoother.

Pay the Deposit

Secure your vehicle search by paying a $1,000 deposit. This kickstarts the process and shows your commitment.

Auction Sheet & Vehicle Details

Our experienced team in Japan sources detailed auction sheets and comprehensive vehicle descriptions to give you full transparency on your potential options.

Vehicle Selection & Inspection

You’ll review a list of vehicles that fit your criteria. You can choose as many cars as you like to inspect. We’ll arrange on-site inspections in Japan, providing detailed photos and videos of each vehicle.

We Place the Bid

Once you’ve selected your preferred vehicles, we place the bids on your behalf at the auctions in Japan.

Winning the Auction

If your bid is successful, we’ll require a 70% payment of the winning bid. We cover the auction fees and organise the car's transport to our yard in Japan for final preparation before shipping.

Import Approvals & Shipping Preparation

We handle all necessary paperwork for import approvals, export certificates, and coordinate the shipping logistics. Your vehicle will be carefully shipped to Australia.

Compliance Under Australian Standards

Upon arrival in Australia, your vehicle will be transported to our in-house compliance centre. We’ll conduct a thorough inspection to ensure it meets all Australian safety and environmental regulations.

Roadworthy Certificate, Registration, & Warranty (If Applicable)

Once the vehicle passes compliance, we arrange for the Roadworthy Certificate (RWC) and assist with vehicle registration. If needed, we can also provide a warranty for added peace of mind.

Final Payment & Delivery

Once everything is in order, you’ll settle the remaining balance. We offer complimentary delivery to your location, or you can pick up your fully compliant vehicle from our workshop.
